Our Story
Baja Epicurean was born from a shared passion for wine, hospitality and meaningful human connection.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Pedro Poncelis Raygoza and Rossina Urrutia, our journey in the world of wine began in 1997. Since then, we have dedicated nearly three decades to exploring, studying and sharing the evolving culture of Baja Wine Country.
Pedro, a Sommelier and Winemaker, brings deep knowledge of the region’s wines, producers and terroir, while Rossina, as Wine Concierge, creates thoughtful and personalized experiences designed around each guest’s unique travel style.
Since 2009, we have welcomed travelers from around the world to discover Valle de Guadalupe beyond traditional tourism — through curated journeys rooted in authenticity, insider access and genuine hospitality.
Together, we believe the best wine experiences are not only about what you taste, but about the people, stories and moments you remember long after the journey ends.
